Collecting information from candidates
As part of registering with Strategy Solutions, we collect personal information about you in order for you to take full advantage of our services.

We collect personal information for any one or more of the following purposes:

  • Assisting you in finding or engaging you in employment
  • Coordinating your career path, performance and/or management
  • Assessing human resource and employment sectors
  • Any test: psychological, technical, cultural or behavioural that you may undertake.

On occasions we may obtain your personal information from a third party, for example, from your nominated referees, educational bodies or from a psychological or competency test. We may need to use and disclose your personal information to third parties such as potential employers, organizations that conduct technical, behavioural or psychometric testing, referees and worker’s compensation.

How we collect your personal information
Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is the information provided by you included in your application or resume, for example, your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, career history, details of any assessments or other information relating to your career.

Where possible we collect any of your personal information directly from you. This may be obtained when you deal with us by telephone, letter, fax, e-mail, or when you visit our website as well as when you meet with one of our consultants.

In some cases, we may also collect sensitive information about you such as information about health (including any disability), your racial or ethnic origin or any criminal record that you may have. Where we collect this type of information we will always obtain your consent.
